We do not provide direct services, but only facilitates this interaction between the parties involved.

2. Publication of contact details

2.1. Public personal data

All contact details published on the platform by users (contractors or clients) are accessible to the general public. We assume no responsibility for the way this data is used by third parties.

We recommend that you only provide the information strictly necessary for the conduct of your business.

3. Responsibility for the quality of the work

3.1. Limitation of liability

We do not assume responsibility for the quality of the work performed by contractors registered on the platform.

If the client considers that the work performed does not comply with the expectations or established standards:

The client may file a formal complaint with us.

Our role will be exclusively that of mediator between the parties, without guaranteeing a favorable outcome for all parties.

If an amicable settlement is not reached, the client is entitled to contact the competent authorities, such as Consumer Protection.

4. Personal data and its use

4.1. Data Storage

By using the platform, both contractors and clients consent to storing personal data and images uploaded to accounts. This data may be used by the platform to:

Promote the services offered by users.

Improve the experience on the platform.

4.2. Confidentiality

We do not guarantee that personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties without the explicit consent of users by other third party which have access to the publicly available data.

5. Subscriptions and payments

5.1. Monthly subscriptions

• Payment for monthly subscriptions is valid for one calendar month, starting from the date of payment.
• In case of cancellation of a monthly subscription, it will remain active until the end of the paid month. Paid amounts are not refundable.

5.2. Annual subscriptions

• Payment for annual subscriptions covers one calendar year from the date of payment.
• In case of cancellation during the validity period, a 3-month notice period applies. The amount for the remaining months after this notice period will be refunded to the user.

User rights and responsibilities

6.1. Contractors

• Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of the information presented on their profiles, as well as for compliance with ethical and professional standards in their work.
• Contractors are not entitled to use the platform for illicit activities or activities that violate applicable law.

6.2. Customers

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information to contractors regarding their requirements and expectations.

Clients are encouraged to check contractors’ portfolios and reviews before hiring a service.

Intellectual property rights

The content and functionality of our platform are protected by copyright. Copying, distribution or unauthorised use of the site’s content is prohibited.

Changes to the terms and conditions

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to users by updating this document on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them.
